EN - 07-03-2013 Second checks.
         Well, I am a second time with a doctor. The second chemotherapy ended October 24, 2012 year. It's been 4.5 months and the results of blood tests are getting better. I'm glad most of the IgM results, at the end of treatment had a 5.8, 17 December - 5.95, and now 7 March - 4.25. I have a good doctor, has implemented appropriate medication and back to health - and keep it. The side effects are, however, it is inevitable - tingling in the feet and knees hurt me. The doctor says that the tingling in the feet must pass, and knee joints have to go consult a physician rheumatologist, because it is a medical condition unrelated to the treatment.
           Next checks and meeting with the doctor on June 6.
           The main results of the blood tests 7 March, compared to December 17:
1.  IgM - 4.25 - was 5.95;
2.  HGB - 15.1 - was 14.0;
3.  WBC - 3.29 - was 3.15;
4.  PLT - 173 - was 180;

         No i jestem drugi raz u lekarza. Drugą chemioterapię zakończyłem 24 października 2012 roku . Upłynęło już 4,5 miesiąca i wyniki badania krwi są coraz lepsze. Najbardziej cieszę się z wyników IgM, na zakończenie leczenia miałem 5,8, 17 grudnia - 5,95, a teraz 7 marca - 4,25. Mam dobrego lekarza, zastosował odpowiednie lekarstwa i wracam do zdrowia - i tak trzymać. Skutki uboczne są jest to jednak nieuniknione - mrowienie w stopach i bolą mnie stawy kolanowe. Lekarz mówi, że mrowienie w stopach powinno minąć, a stawy kolanowe muszę iść skonsultować z lekarzem reumatologiem, bo to jest dolegliwość nie związana z tym leczeniem.
          Następne badania kontrolne i spotkanie z lekarzem 6 czerwca.
          Najważniejsze wyniki badań krwi z 7 marca, w porównaniu do 17 grudnia:
1. IgM   -  4,25 - było 5,95;
2. HGB - 15,1 - było 14,0;
3. WBC - 3,29 - było  3,15;
4. PLT - 173 - było 180;

EN - 20-12-2012 first checks.
           October 24 finished 6 cycles of chemoimmunotherapy. Treatment lasted from 26 June to 24 October 2012. At the beginning I IgM - 28.5, and 5.8 at the end of treatment. During the two-month stay in the house did not have any infection, the only complaint is leg pain and lack of fitness, get tired quickly. These legs terribly tease, hurt my knees, lower legs and feet. I go through these pains as cripple. With beds and chairs get up like an old man, I have to support hands. PL - 20-12-2012 pierwsze badania kontrolne.
          24 października zakończyłem 6 cykli immunochemioterapii. Leczenie trwało od 26 czerwca do 24 października 2012 roku. Na początku miałem IgM - 28,5, a na końcu leczenia 5,8. W czasie dwu miesięcznego pobytu w domu nie miałem żadnej infekcji, jedyną dolegliwością są bóle nóg oraz brak kondycji - szybko się męczę. Te nogi strasznie dokuczają, bolą mnie stawy kolanowe, podudzia i stopy. Przez te bóle chodzę jak połamaniec. Z łóżka i krzesła wstaję jak staruszek, muszę się podpierać rękami. Lekarz powiedział, że są to skutki uboczne leków, po jakimś czasie bóle mają minąć. A kondycję mam poprawiać na basenie - no to czas popływać.
          Następne badania kontrolne i spotkanie z lekarzem na początku marca 2013 roku. 
          Najważniejsze wyniki badań krwi z 17 grudnia, w porównaniu do 24 października:
1. IgM   - 5,95 - było 5,8 (18-10-2012);
2. HGB - 14,0 - było 12,0;
3. WBC - 3,15 - było  2,6;
4. PLT - 180 - było 157;
5. LDH - 135 - było 171;

        Pierwszy dzień - wyniki badania krwi podobnie jak poprzednio okazały się dobre. Hemoglobina powyżej 13. Leukocytów jest trochę mało, bo tylko 2,6, na drugi dzień po podaniu mabthery jest ich już 6,5. Leukocyty siedzą w moim szpiku i odpoczytwają, zamiast krążyć po całym ciele :-) Jak zwykle w pierwszym dniu immunoterapia - MabThera 700 mg (70ml), oraz tabletki:

        Trzeci dzień 18 październik, rano pobranie krwi do badań. Immunoterapia i chemioterapia zaliczona, został tylko ten Encorton w tabletkach. Czekam na wyniki badania szpiku.

        Czwarty dzień 19 październik, dalej czekam na wyniki badania szpiku. Pobrany do badań szpik kostny okazał się nie czytelny, dzisiaj będzie ponowne pobranie szpiku. No i jestem po trepanobiopsji, szpik pobrany, tym razem dziura w kości biodrowej, znowu czekam na wyniki.

        Piąty dzień w szpitalu 20 październik, rozpoczął się weekend, nic się nie dzieje :-),  trzeba czekać do poniedziałku, może będą wyniki badania szpiku i dowiem się co dalej. Z wczorajszej rozmowy z lekarzem wynikało, że jak będą dobre to kończymy ten etap leczenia i co jakiś okres czasu, będę musiał zgłaszać się na kontrolne badania i konsultacje.

       Szósty dzień w szpitalu 21 październik, weekend, dalej nic się nie dzieje, trzeba przetrwać do poniedziałku. Właściwie to się dzieje, spałem tylko 2 godziny, a może mniej, sala czteroosobowa ma swoje prawa. Jeden z pacjentów ma silne bóle brzucha i najpierw o 24.00 była konsultacja chirurga a potem o godzinie 1.30 karetka zawiozła go do drugiego szpitala na tomograf komputerowy, no i potem wrócił o godzinie 3.40. Dzisiaj idę na długi spacer, bo weekend w szpitalu nie wpływa na poprawę zdrowia :-)

       Siódmy dzień w szpitalu, wreszcie poniedziałek, rano pobrano mi krew do badania, może będą wyniki badania szpiku i zapadnie decyzja co dalej? No i nie zapadła żadna decyzja, lekarz u mnie na wizycie się nie pojawił. Może nie ma jeszcze wyników badania szpiku? Czekam dalej, siedząc w internecie, oglądając filmy.

       Ósmy dzień w szpitalu, - ?! czekam na wizytę lekarza. Jest decyzja, kończymy ten etap leczenie, wyniki badania szpiku są dobre; IgM są poniżej 6, wyniki badania krwi dobre. Nie ma sensu kontynuować leczenia, bo mogłoby ono przynieść więcej skutków ubocznych dla organizmu, jak korzyści. Poziom IgM i tak nie uległ by dalszej poprawie. Będą wizyty kontrolne w poradni. Jutro wypis ze szpitala.

EN - From 28-09-2012 to 15-10-2012, this time all 18 - bit extended leave from the hospital.

        Some of these tablets I had to eat. This Encorton it's terrible stuff, on one help, and other harms. There is a lot of side effects, just read the package leaflet. I have sometimes contractures fingers on the hands, face edema, pain in the knee joints and my eyesight is deteriorating. Oct. 
       16 to the hospital, and this may be the last course of treatment, because you need to rest my body from these tablets and chemistry.

PL - Od 28-09-2012 do 15-10-2012, tym razem całe 18 - trochę dłuższy urlop od szpitala.
        Podobnie jak w poprzednich cyklach leczenia, w domu jeszcze musiałem brać Encorton, według następującego schematu:
28-09-2012 - 6 tabletek dziennie -   3-2-1;
29-09-2012 - 6 tabletek dziennie -   3-2-1;
30-09-2012 - 6 tabletek dziennie -   3-2-1;
01-10-2012 - 5 tabletek dziennie -   2-2-1;
02-10-2012 - 4 tabletki  dziennie -   2-2-0;
03-10-2012 - 3 tabletki  dziennie -   2-1-0;
04-10-2012 - 2 tabletki  dziennie -   1-1-0;
05-10-2012 - 1 tabletka dziennie -   1-0-0;
       Trochę tych tabletek musiałem zjeść. Ten Encorton to jest straszne świństwo, na jedno pomaga, a na drugie szkodzi. Skutków ubocznych jest dużo, wystarczy przeczytać ulotkę dla pacjenta. Ja mam czasami przykurcze palców u rąk, obrzęk twarzy, bóle w stawach kolanowych i pogarsza mi się wzrok.
       16 października do szpitala i może to będzie ostatni cykl leczenia, bo trzeba dać odpocząć mojemu organizmowi od tych tabletek i chemii.

Pierwszy dzień - wyniki badania krwi podobnie jak przed trzecim i czwarty cyklem leczenia okazały się dobre. Jak zwykle w pierwszym dniu immunoterapia - MabThera 700 mg (70ml). Mój organizm przyzwyczaił się już do "krwi z chomika chińskiego" i teraz Mabhtera wchłania się do mojej krwi bez komplikacji. Tylko wyglądam już jak chomik, bo po tych sterydach (encorton) jestem spuchnięty na twarzy :-)

      Trzeci dzień leczenia 27 wrzesień, dzisiaj do domu, immunoterapia i chemioterapia zaliczona, został tylko ten Encorton w tabletkach. Będę go brał do 6 października, stopniowo zmniejszając dawkę. Szósty cykl leczenia rozpoczynam 16 października i już mi się nie uda być tylko 3 dni w szpitalu. Lekarz zrobi dodatkowe badania, napewno szpiku i usg śledziony i jak w szpiku będzie mały procent komórek rakowych, to na tym cyklu leczenie się zakończy. Zakończy na kilka miesięcy, może jeden rok albo dwa, a potem następna chemia i tak do końca życia, no chyba że opracują jakiś nowy lek.

       Trzeci dzień leczenia 06 wrzesień, w związku z dobrymi wynikami i dobrym samopoczuciem lekarz zadecydował, że wystarczy tego leżenia w szpitalu i mogę iść do domu. Piaty cykl leczenia też będzie taki krótki, a przy szóstym będzie pobrany szpik do badania i jak będzie mały procent komórek rakowych, to na tym cyklu leczenie się zakończy.

 PL - Trzeci cykl leczenia od 14 do 17-08-2012.
      Pierwszy dzień - wyniki badania krwi okazały się całkiem dobre!, hemoglobina 12 (było 8.7). Immunoterapia - MabThera 700 mg (70ml) poszła "bez bólu". Po tych sterydach spuchłem na twarzy oraz puchną mi stopy w kostkach, lekarz powiedział, że dalej będzie ograniczał ilość podawanego Metyprydu i dostanę po jednej tabletce Furosemidum na odwodnienie.
Tabletki:  - godz.13.00: 1xEncorton; 1xApap; 1xGasec; 1xZynk;   - godz.17.40: 1xApap;
                                    1xZynk; 1/4xAcenocumarol.
       Drugi dzień leczenia 15 sierpień, chemioterapia - Endoxan 1400 mg (71,8ml) + Vincristine w zastrzyku i zestaw tabletek.
Tabletki: - 09.00: 1xFurosemidum; 1+1/2xEncorton; 1xApap; 1xGasec; 1xZynk;
              -13.00: 1xEncorton; 1/2xAcenocumarol;  - 16.40: 1xEncorton; 1xZynk; 1xGasec.
       Trzeci dzień leczenia 16 sierpień, rano pobrano krew do badań, ciekawe jakie będą wyniki? Po chemioterapii czuję się dobrze, może jak będą dobre wyniki, to lekarz przed weekendem puści mnie do domu? Mojego lekarza nie było, miał wolny dzień - też ma życie prywatne :), decyzja o wyjściu do domu jutro.

              -13.00:  1xEncorton;  1/2xAcenocumarol; - 17.00: 1xEncorton; 1xGasec;
                           1xAspargin.
       Czwarty dzień leczenia 17 sierpień, jak zwykle rano pobranie krwi do badań, no i czekam na wizytę lekarza. Wyniki badania krwi okazały się dobre i mogę iść do domu, następny pobyt w szpitalu od 4 września.

              -13.00: 2xEncorton;  1/2xAcenocumarol; - 17.00: 1xEncorton; 1xGasec;
